Some of Our Proud Clients
Brief Introduction of some of our Clients
Wish Foundation has implemented our machines in Rajasthan Govt and launched a pilot phase with the NHM department. They deployed our 10 labs in primary health centers in 10 different districts. They gave us a networking platform in all the marketing events organized by them for the awareness so that this innovation reaches to maximum people. The pilot project was successfully launched and took its shape effectively though challenges were faced in making lab technicians to use it with ownership. As an outcome of this project, we got orders for 200 machines from Rajasthan govt in this year which we have installed & given training to the concerned staff all across Rajasthan districts. To see our commitment, Mission Director NHM have also got convinced to provide us room space in NHM office so as to provide them with sales support for their installed machines.
The Army is one our major & proud clientele who implemented Mobile Lab at a place where it is really needed (Field Hospitals /Military Hospitals). All officials of the army whom I met so far have made me realized the difference between civilians & militants. They are so professional & understanding in their approach, I have always been treated respectfully with generosity and got praised for my innovation whenever I gave the presentation in Army. They always give value to my commitment and gave me an opportunity to serve them. Exposure with Army became more valuable & helpful when I met Maj. General Jagtar Singh, he helped me in understanding the requirement of Army in relevance to field medical diagnostics, he suggested me changes for the outer box of mobile lab which is suitable to Army, that move helped me a lot in getting mobile lab approved under the army. With his guidance, I have also received PVMS No. in Army very recently which means listing of standard equipments in Army Store which can be procured as & when required by end-user. It is always hard for any govt department to take up innovations which are proprietary in nature. I was fortunate that there were officials like Col Preeti & Col Archana Tyagi who have taken the initiatives in implementing it. Orders received from Army & BRO in 2014 gave me some comfort so as to manage financials of my company and in making loan repayments to TDB. During my early presentations in BRO & Army, I met many vendors, one of them I luckily met is Mr Vivek Vashisht from BVM Meditech company who is a trader and a regular vendor to defence. He got associated with Accuster as our networking partner for defence and handled it pretty well so far.
HCL is the first foundation who implemented our LaBike model under their project where we are partnered for the screening of the pregnant women at their doorsteps in Hardoi district of UP. Camp locations are much closer to them in comparison to PHC’s distance. Every quarter our team goes with HCL team for 15 to 20 days and conduct the camp for blood tests prescribed by doctors.
HCL Foundation’s efforts are targeted towards achieving holistic community development, including the economic and social development of urban slums, and to build model villages in partnership with central and state governments, village communities, NGOs, knowledge institutions and allied partners. These community development programs are implemented under the umbrella name ‘Project Samuday’.
Under this project, one of their focus areas is Aarogya which encompass Healthcare - sanitation and toilets, malnutrition eradication, women health and welfare, chronic illness, minor illness.
HCL foundation got so convinced with working of our model that they also purchased 6 machines for their adopted PHC’s in UP villages other than the camp project. This Labike project got good recognition worldwide and covered by John Hopkins Medical University in Baltimore USA.
National Rural Health Mission
Haryana Government is using our mobile labs in their Mobile Medical Units since the year 2012 which were procured under UNOPS being a third party procurement agency. We have received repeat orders from them every year as & when they extend their new MMU’s. With Haryana Govt. most challenging tasks was the behavioural change in end- user that is lab technicians, we have to provide them retraining and have to do regular follow-ups with them, visit them so as to bring it in use. Govt Officials in Haryana MMU dept at Panchkula office were always supportive and tried their best to get it implemented in a proper manner.
