History

Accuster Skills Pvt. Ltd. was founded in the year 2011 and  FOCUSED on creating Qualified Paramedical Persons the field of In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD).  

Since 2011  Accuster Skills Pvt. Ltd. aims at offering Laboratory Assistant and Medical Laboratory Technician & Phlebotomist training programs for the youth to improve their employability skills.

Overview

Pathology Lab Technicians form an integral part of any clinical laboratory team. The Pathology Lab Technician Training Program trains students to obtain blood and various other clinical specimens from patients. New diagnostic techniques, clinical laboratory technology, and automated instruments have greatly increased the demand for trained Pathology Lab Technicians. After receiving the Pathology Lab Technician Certification, Pathology Lab Technicians can work in hospitals, blood banks, physician offices or in independent labs.

A career in the field of Pathology is rewarding as well as exciting at various levels. The number of years of experience and the credibility of the certification plays a major role in the career ladder of a Pathology Lab Technician. Certified individuals start their careers as Pathology Lab Technicians, further taking up the role of Hematology Technicians, Clinical Biochemistry Technicians, and Microbiology Technicians. From being Microbiology Technicians, they further progress to become Chief Laboratory Technicians, Assistant Clinical Laboratory Managers, and finally, take up the role of Clinical Laboratory Managers.
