WISH Foundation has implemented Accuster Portable Mobile Lab. in association with Rajasthan Govt. and launched a pilot phase with the NHM department. They deployed 10 labs for their primary health centers in 10 different districts. They provided us a networking platform in all the marketing events organized by them for the awareness so that this innovation could reach to maximum number of people in the state. The pilot project was successfully launched and took its shape effectively, though challenges were faced in making lab technicians to use it with the feeling of ownership. As an outcome of this project, Accuster received orders for 200 machines by the Rajasthan Govt. In the same year we installed and provided training to the concerned staff all across the districts of Rajasthan. Seeing our commitment, the Mission Director NHM was so convinced that he agreed to provide us a room in the NHM office, so as to provide them with sales support for their installed machines.

The Army is one of our major & proud clientele, who implemented Mobile Lab at a place where it was, needed the most (Field Hospitals /Military Hospitals). Indian Army is very professional & understanding in their approach. The presentation made to the Indian Army was praised by one and all present, which paved way for long term business relations and procurement of our innovation in different related organization. Maj. General Jagtar Singh’s understanding the requirement of Army in relevance to field medical diagnostics is immense, who suggested changes in the outer box of Mobile Lab to suit the interest of the Army. The changes as desired in the Mobile Lab were later approved by the army.  The Indian Army has issued Accuster Technologies Pvt. Ltd PVMS No. which means listing of standard equipments in Army Stores, which can be procured as & when required by the end-user. We are aware of the fact that procurement is a tough in Govt. departments for innovations which are proprietary in nature, despite being very useful. Col. Preeti and Col. Archana Tyagi played a key role in making things happen, which proved to be very beneficial to the Indian Army and its allied organizations.

HCL is the first foundation who implemented our LaBike model under their project, where we are partners for the screening of the pregnant women at their doorsteps in Hardoi district of Uttar Pradesh. Camp locations are much closer to them in comparison to PHC’s distance. Every quarter our teams go with HCL’s team for a period of 15 to 20 days and conduct camps for blood tests as prescribed by the doctors.

HCL Foundation’s efforts are targeted towards achieving holistic community development, including the economic and social development of urban slums, and to build model villages in partnership with central and state governments, village communities, NGOs, knowledge institutions and allied partners. These community development programs are implemented under the umbrella name ‘Project Samuday’.

Under this project, one of their focus areas is Aarogya which encompass Healthcare - sanitation and toilets, malnutrition eradication, women health and welfare, chronic illness, minor illness.

HCL foundation got so convinced with working of our model that they also purchased 6 machines for their adopted PHC’s in UP villages other than the camp project. This Labike project got good recognition worldwide and covered by John Hopkins Medical University in Baltimore USA.

Haryana Government is using Accuster Mobile Labs in their Mobile Medical Units since 2012, which were procured under UNOPS being a third party procurement agency. We have received repeated orders from them every year as & when they extend their new MMU’s. With Haryana Govt. most challenging tasks was the behavioral change in end- user that is lab technicians, we have to provide them with training and have to do regularly follow-ups with them, visit them so as to bring it in effective use. Govt. Officials in Haryana MMU Dept. at Panchkula office were always supportive and tried their best to get it implemented in a proper manner.
