1. DEFINITIONS

  • Health Data: Test results, pathology reports, medical measurements, device-generated values, and any information related to your health status.

  • Diagnostic Data: Data collected from Accuster diagnostic devices or mobile apps for generating or managing medical reports.

2. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT

A. Personal Information

    • Name, age, date of birth

    • Email address, phone number

    • Gender & demographic details

    • Authentication details (login credentials)

B. Sensitive & Health Data

We collect health data ONLY when you use our diagnostic services or associated apps:

    • Blood test parameters

    • Urine test parameters

    • Medical device readings

    • Pathology reports & generated PDFs

    • Images or sensor data captured by diagnostic devices

    • Health history (if entered manually)

C. Device & Technical Data

    • Mobile device model, OS version, unique device ID

    • IP address and location (if permission granted)

    • App usage analytics

    • Device permissions used by apps (camera, storage, Bluetooth, internet, etc.)

D. Information from Diagnostic Devices

    • Machine logs

    • Test IDs, equipment identifiers

    • Calibration and performance data

3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

By using our diagnostic apps or devices, you explicitly consent to:

    • Sharing with authorized lab technicians or healthcare professionals (only when required)

You may withdraw consent at any time, but doing so may limit our ability to provide services or show past reports.

5. HOW WE STORE & PROTECT YOUR DATA

We implement strict security measures, including:

    • Encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS)

    • Encryption of data at rest (secure cloud storage)

    • Access control for technicians & internal teams

    • Activity & access logging

    • Secure server environment (e.g., AWS / Google Cloud / similar)

However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

6. DATA SHARING & DISCLOSURE

We DO NOT sell, rent, or share your health data with advertisers.

We only share data in the following cases:

A. Authorized Healthcare or Lab Personnel

To perform diagnostic tests or operate Accuster devices.

B. Third-Party Service Providers

Such as:

    • Cloud hosting providers

    • Analytics tools

    • SMS/Email delivery providers

    • App crash reporting systems

Each provider is bound by confidentiality agreements and must comply with Indian data protection laws.

C. Legal & Regulatory Requirements

We may disclose data:

D. Business Transfers

    • Device logs: 12 months maximum

    • User account data: retained until deletion request

    • Backups: retained for 30 days/months

You may request deletion of your data at any time.

9. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our diagnostic applications are not intended for children under 18 unless under supervision of a parent/guardian or trained medical operator.

We do not knowingly collect data from children without valid consent.

10. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & SDKs

Our apps may use:

    • Firebase / Google Analytics (for app performance)

    • Crashlytics (for crash detection)

    • Hostinger / Caludflare / AWS (for secure storage)

    • WhatsApp/MSG91 SMS gateway for report delivery

    • ZeptoMail for email services

Each service follows strict data security standards.

11. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

If data is stored or processed outside India, we ensure:

    • Secure transfer

    • Equivalent data protection safeguards

12. DATA BREACH RESPONSE

In case of a significant data breach:
